Welcome to The Learning Garden Preschool. My name is Ms. Zora, and I have been an educator for over 30 years. I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from UCLA but my most valuable education has come from the classroom. Over the years, I have had the privilege of making a positive impact on hundreds of children. I think one of my most rewarding moments as an educator was running into a former student and his parents while at my daughter's college orientation. I love to spend my free time with my husband of over 35 years and my three wonderful daughters, the oldest of whom has made me a proud grandmother of two. I now get to share this family business with my youngest daughter, Ms. Nassim. As long as I can remember she's loved taking care of kids, even when she was just a kid herself. She reminds me everyday of how important nurturing and loving our children is for the future. It's an honor to be able to welcome all the students and parents as a part of my family.
The Learning Garden family is made up of a fantastic team of professional educators. Our staff makes your children feel welcome by surrounding them with love and positive reinforcement. With lots of love and care, our teachers make learning fun so young minds are always growing.
Our infant and toddler staff helps make a seamless transition from home to school. Children are happy, secure and comfortable while in our care. Our staff help little minds grow with early language exposure, music and activities appropriate for each age level. We provide enrichment at each stage of development and help navigate the milestones from infancy to toddler years. Whether it's tummy time or tactile play, your little one will have plenty of stimulating activities in our care.
Our wonderful preschool staff has both the experience and the energy to keep your children learning and laughing throughout the day. On the playground, our staff not only supervise but interact with our students, giving them the opportunity for independent creative play as well led group activities. Through play, we teach the valuable skills of sharing, taking turns, and being friends to our classmates. In the classroom, students have both curriculum time as well as arts and crafts. Our staff follow our "Sound of the Week" program exploring the letters of the alphabet, words and concepts important to this stage of growth. If you're interested in enrollment, fill out this information request form.
